The Dragon Hotel
The Dragon Hotel in Montgomery, Mid Wales is an historic 17th century, former Coaching Inn. It offers 20 en-suite bedrooms, bed and breakfast (b&b), many with exposed ancient timbers. There is a cosy restaurant, indoor swimming pool and much more – all topped off with plenty of character and charm, looked after by friendly staff. There is also a free car park and free Wi-fi. Their swimming pool is open to the public as well as guests of the hotel.
The Lion Hotel, Berriew
The Lion Hotel is the centre-piece of the picturesque village of Berriew, situated on the River Rhiew. The Seventeenth Century Inn has warmth and character, with exposed beams and sections of original wattle and daub lending to the historic atmosphere. The luxuriously decorated rooms though in keeping with the hotel are well equipped with modern facilities. There are seven rooms in total all with en-suite bath and/or shower facilities.
